Memberships and Non Members
Individual
Individuals pay $75 a month with a one time $50 activation fee for the first month.
Members will be auto-billed monthly to their card on file.
There is a $10 late fee for payments.
If a member misses their payment two months in a row, their membership will be cancelled and they will have to pay the activation fee if they would like to resume their membership.
Members will receive discounted prices for all services as listed below.
Couples
For couple accounts, the primary member will be $75 a month with a one time $50 activation fee for the first month. The secondary member will be billed $60 a month.
Members will be auto-billed monthly to their card on file.

Non Members
Non members will not have any monthly fees, but will pay the full price for all services as listed below.
We cannot bill insurance for any services.
The Vanderbilt Wellness Membership package allows the patient to pay a standard monthly fee in order to access discounted services and products at the Vanderbilt Wellness clinic. This is not a substitute or replacement for insurance. As a Direct Primary Clinic, or DPC, we do not accept any form of insurance. If the patient desires, we can put their insurance on file so that the labs and pharmacies can bill their insurance. Any insurance related bills will not be rendered from The Vanderbilt Wellness Clinic and concerns for those bills should be brought to the attention of the pharmacy or lab that billed your insurance. The goal of a DPC is to remove the complications of billing insurance. Insurance companies require authorizations and may not cover the services you would be receiving at The Vanderbilt Wellness Clinic.
New Patient Paperwork
This handout will provide you with additional information about our Platinum Care Package and show you the member and non member prices for services
This handout lays out the patient's and the clinic's responsibilities in regards to membership. We sign to promise to uphold the terms of your membership.
The New Patient Packet will provide us with your demographic information to get you into our system. It also gives us a little insight in to your medical history, provides you with our Notice of Privacy Practices, and allows you to explicitly give us consent to see and treat you in our clinic.
