It's not very often you find someone who is 100% happy with their body or weight. At Vanderbilt Wellness, it's not just about the pounds your scale says you weight. We provide several different programs that will be adjusted to your goals. 

 

The big question everyone asks, "What medications can I get?" Keep in mind that there is no such thing as a quick fix. We want to ensure healthy sustainable weight management. On that note, we offer vitamin complexes and the most well known GLP-1 agonist Semaglutide. 

If Semaglutide is not for you, there are other medications to explore. If medications are not what you are looking for, we would be happy to tell you about all other options. Contact us to schedule a consultation!

In terms of nutrition, a diet is simply the sum of food consumed by a person. It does not mean starving yourself or keeping you from eating the foods you enjoy. At Vanderbilt Wellness, we want to help you find the best way to meet your nutritional goals without having to completely sacrifice the foods that make you happy.

This is the most important section, the bread and butter if you will. Calories in and out is one thing, but whether or not the those are empty calories is also very important. 

 

You can have a tiny slice of high sugar pecan pie that equals 200 calories, or you can have a decadent, fiber rich, protein packed, pecan pie flavored overnight oat for 250 calories.
